Fourthwalling: Yes! You will confuse the hell out of Ken and he'll probably get belligerent, but whatever.
Offensive subjects: I'm usually okay with anything short of super explicit gore(especially eye stuff, I have an eye injury squick that can lead to me borderline fainting), and even then the writing has to be SUPER GRAPHIC AND EVOCATIVE for me to have an issue. It never hurts to ask me in advance, though!

Hugging this character: Yes, but honestly he'll probably get tsun and bristly, if not actively angry. HE WANTS AFFECTION BUT HE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO HANDLE IT WHEN HE GETS IT.

Flirting with this character: Yes, but...Ken is a simple dog. You're going to have to be really blatant or he may not even pick up that it's flirting. (Also, please remember he's 15 here.)
Fighting with this character: Yes, and in fact he may start fights with you.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Yes, although I prefer to talk out fight scenes and their consequences (including injuries) in advance with people! Just to make sure everyone's on the same page. But Ken's the kind of idiot who's probably going to get injured plenty.
Killing this character: Yes, in that I'm willing to have it happen if it makes sense for the circumstances, but this would definitely have to be hashed out with me in advance!
